Meleasa Groeneveld Support Coordinator provides personal, participant-focused NDIS support coordination across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley and Central West NSW. Led by Meleasa, the service draws on more than 20 years of experience supporting people with disabilities, from support work to coordination of supports. With qualifications in Individual Support (Disability), Meleasa offers guidance grounded in dignity, empathy and respect, helping participants make their NDIS journey clearer and more manageable.

Services include support coordination, connecting participants with relevant providers and therapists, explaining NDIS plans, helping set goals and advocating for participants’ needs. The approach is designed to empower people to use their plans with confidence and pursue greater independence, while keeping participants in control of their choices. Meleasa aims to provide safe, inclusive and non-discriminatory support for all participants, including First Nations and LGBTQIA+ communities. Based in West Wallsend, the business welcomes referrals from families and providers and offers a free consultation for people seeking support coordination in its service areas.
