Their range includes handmade and naturally air dried pasta made with semolina and whole wheat flour that is ground under low temperatures to preserve its taste and color.

No preservatives are used in their pasta, which is produced in small quantities. Melima also offers sauces based on traditional family recipes, made from fresh Greek vegetables, herbs, and spices. These sauces are baked in the oven for a rich texture and special taste.
