Kristyn

Melon Patch Quilts is a custom longarm machine quilting business run by Kristyn McCoy in Coldstream, Ontario. The service helps quilters complete their quilt tops with machine quilting, turning them into finished quilts ready to be enjoyed for years. The website provides information about preparing a quilt top, pricing, and the business’s location, helping customers understand the process before arranging their project.

Alongside quilting for clients, Kristyn designs and makes original quilts for family and friends, as well as pieces submitted to international quilt shows. The site features a portfolio of her work, including Leap of Faith and Pickled Peppers. Pickled Peppers was selected for inclusion in the Modern Quilt Guild’s book Modern Quilts: Designs of the New Century, a collection available through independent bookshops and online retailers.

Melon Patch Quilts combines a personal, collaborative approach to finishing customer quilts with a showcase of original quilt design. Customers can contact the business by phone or email to discuss longarm quilting and learn more about preparing their project.
