Through guided walks and workshops, participants explore native plants and learn to observe their environment with greater attention. Sessions cover how to identify wild herbs, gather them safely and sustainably, and use them in cooking and traditional home remedies. They also highlight the ecological relationships between plants and the ecosystems that depend on them, encouraging appreciation and protection of the natural world.

The guided walks are suitable for beginners as well as people with prior experience, with content adapted to the group’s knowledge. Rather than rushing through many species, each walk focuses on up to ten plants in detail. Offerings include walks in the Ebersberger Forest and a workshop on making a personal herbal home remedy collection, including preparations for colder days. Outdoor events generally take place in varied weather, but are cancelled when severe conditions such as storms or thunderstorms create safety risks.
