Мемепедия

Memepedia is a Russian-language online encyclopedia dedicated to internet memes and the culture surrounding them. It explains where popular meme formats, slang expressions, viral videos, and images come from and what they mean, helping readers understand how online jokes develop and spread. The site combines an organized meme library with articles and news covering current trends, notable online discussions, and memes inspired by entertainment, public events, and everyday internet culture. It also publishes roundups of the most prominent memes by month and year, alongside features exploring individual trends and their origins.

Memepedia invites visitors to contribute as authors and offers several ways to create and share content. Users can write full articles with images, videos, and polls; make memes using available templates or their own images; and upload pictures. The platform also supports quizzes with right and wrong answers. With its mix of reference material, timely coverage, and community participation, Memepedia serves both as a guide to internet humor and as a place to discover, discuss, and contribute memes.
