רצים לזכרם is a unique commemoration initiative known as Memorun. It is a race that takes place in Israel on the eve of Memorial Day, where we all come together to paint the streets blue and white in honor of the fallen. The Memorun race is not about music, competition, or winners and losers.

It is a race where everyone runs with a national purpose - to remember the fallen. Behind this initiative stands the organization Derech HaRagleim, whose goal is to organize and develop the Memorun project each year and make it a national initiative. The initiative also supports various organizations and associations in Israel that promote social issues through sports activities.

This year, we invite you to join us and share your photos and those of your friends running in Memorun, using the hashtag #רציםלזכרם2023. Together, we will create a national and public solidarity, just like in previous years. Additionally, the initiative extends cooperation to Jewish communities around the world, in collaboration with the Department of Organization and Relations with Israelis in the Diaspora of the World Zionist Organization.
