Menez-Hom Kraon (MHK) is a French nonprofit boxing club founded in 2007 to promote and organize Savate Boxe Française in the Finistère region. Based in Plomodiern and Crozon, near Quimper, the club welcomes participants of different ages and experience levels, with training conducted in a spirit of respect for the rules and fellow practitioners. Its main discipline, French Savate, combines boxing techniques with kicks and offers both controlled-assault practice, where the aim is to touch, and combat, where effectiveness is emphasized.

The club also offers English boxing, Boxing Form’ fitness sessions, muscular conditioning, and canne and bâton combat. Boxing Form’ is practiced without opposition and to music, while conditioning classes use exercises and equipment to develop physical fitness and strengthen muscles. MHK provides classes for young people and adults, beginners and experienced participants, and lists nine instructors.

The club reports holding three federal gold labels in Performance, Jeunes, and Savate pour tous, reflecting its programs for performance, younger members, and inclusive participation
