About Menn i Helse
Menn i helse is a unique brand that offers the opportunity for men aged 25 to 55+ to obtain a professional certification as a healthcare worker. This specialized program is designed to facilitate the entry of these individuals into the workforce and make them highly attractive to potential employers. Starting in November 2023, interested individuals can apply for the 2024 cohort, which begins in April 2024.
During the program, participants are titled "health recruiters" and alternate between receiving benefits from NAV (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) and earning a salary from the municipality. Menn i helse values life experience and encourages individuals to seize the opportunity to embark on a new career path.
