A qualified Menopause Coach and former HR leader with more than 20 years of experience, Mairi combines compassionate, confidential support with practical strategies to help women navigate this life stage on their own terms.

Services include personalised one-to-one coaching, group coaching, informal Coffee & Chat sessions and weekly Walk & Talk meetings across East Lothian, Edinburgh and Midlothian. The guided outdoor sessions offer gentle movement and supportive conversation, with tea or coffee afterwards.
