Menschen für Tiere

Menschen für Tiere e.V. is an animal welfare initiative based at the Tierschutzhof in Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany. The organisation cares for animals in need and helps them find suitable homes, offering abandoned and vulnerable animals the chance of a new beginning. Its website introduces dogs of different ages, including puppies and senior dogs, as well as cats and goats. Visitors can learn about individual animals and enquire about adoption, choosing to welcome a rescue animal rather than buy from a breeder.

The initiative also invites the public to support its work in practical ways. Contributions include monetary donations, PayPal payments, food and other supplies, sponsorships, memberships, fostering, animal-feeding assistance, and hands-on help. Supporters can also share its appeals, join its WhatsApp channel for updates and volunteer events, or become sponsors. The Tierschutzhof welcomes visitors Friday through Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. People interested in meeting the team, learning about the animals, adopting, or helping can contact the organisation through its website.
