**Mental Fit Pfad** is an innovative initiative located in the Olympiapark, Munich, designed to empower children and adolescents both mentally and physically. This engaging pathway features eight interactive stations that provide valuable guidance for tackling mental health challenges such as anxiety and social isolation. Through a playful approach, participants can access sport and mental well-being exercises presented by accomplished athletes and professionals via QR codes, encouraging a more active lifestyle.
