About Mental Helse
Mental Helse | Oslo is a membership organization dedicated to supporting individuals with mental health issues, their relatives, and other interested parties. We believe that it should be acceptable to struggle with mental health and that it should be just as easy to talk about it as physical health. Our organization offers a range of products and services aimed at promoting mental well-being and providing assistance to those in need.
Our helpline and online platforms offer support and guidance to individuals, and we also have specialized services for students and parents. In addition, we work towards improving mental health services and advocating for increased awareness and prevention of suicide. Through our local and regional chapters, we create valuable meeting places for individuals to connect and access support.
