About Mental Helse Ungdom
Mental Helse Ungdom is a membership-based interest organization for children and young people up to 36 years old. Our main goal is to increase awareness about mental health, prevent mental health problems, and improve mental health services. We offer a range of products and services to support this mission, including our online store, where you can find resources related to mental health.
We also provide various help and support options, such as our chat feature where you can connect with trained professionals who can offer guidance and advice. Additionally, we have local chapters and meeting places throughout Oslo where young people can come together, share experiences, and support each other. Our organization also runs projects both nationally and internationally to address mental health issues.
