Mentes Puertorriqueñas en Acción (MPA) is a community of leaders and change agents in Puerto Rico who are dedicated to transforming their personal projects into a project for the entire country. As a non-profit organization led by young and active individuals involved in social change initiatives, MPA aims to create a fair, compassionate, and participatory Puerto Rico with the help of the youth. MPA offers various programs to address the gap in social and civic participation among university students and young professionals.

Their events bring together individuals from different backgrounds and disciplines to learn, contribute, and exchange experiences and ideas regarding the realities of Puerto Rico and the world. With an impressive track record, MPA has achieved significant impact. In 2022, 92% of program participants successfully completed the program, forming a community of Change Agents.
