MentorsWork is a business support programme designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises across Ireland strengthen their skills, improve productivity and build business success. Delivered by the SFA in partnership with Skillnet Ireland and Ibec, the programme offers targeted support for the practical challenges of owning or managing a business.
Over 12 weeks, participating businesses can access one-to-one mentoring, training and tools tailored to their needs. MentorsWork aims to help business owners and managers develop the capabilities and confidence to sustain and improve their organisations. Its integrated learning supports are intended to address areas that matter to each business, helping participants enhance performance and make progress towards their goals.
The programme is available to eligible SMEs, with further information provided on its website about its structure, benefits, eligibility and trial assessment.
