Merces

Mercès is a brand known for its commitment to excellence, quality, and service in the world of haute cuisine. Founded by Mercè Solernou, our brand stays true to her principles while staying ahead of culinary and event organization trends. Our identity is defined by using high-quality seasonal ingredients, skillfully preparing Mediterranean-inspired dishes with a contemporary twist, and presenting them in an exquisite manner.

We provide personalized service to our loyal customers, who have been with us from one generation to the next, from one celebration to the next. Over time, we have become one of Spain's premier catering companies and a successful entrepreneurial group with a visionary outlook. In addition to our catering services, we also offer a private space for exclusive events with a capacity of 2-24 guests.

Our two deli stores are a haven for gourmet products for daily use, as well as ready-to-go dishes. You can find us at two locations in Barcelona: Ganduxer 31 and Avd Diagonal 539. For more information or to get in touch, please contact us at 93 439 44 82 or merces@merces.
