Welcome to Our Lady of Mercy Crew! Mercy Crew is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the sport of rowing to young women in grades 7-12 at Our Lady of Mercy High School. Our club offers a comprehensive scholastic rowing program that includes competitive rowing in the fall and spring seasons, strength and conditioning training in the winter, and learn-to-row programs during the summer. We strive to provide our athletes with a supportive and inclusive environment where they can develop their skills, build teamwork, and foster a love for rowing.

With experienced coaches and dedicated board members, we are committed to helping our athletes reach their full potential both on and off the water. In addition to our rowing programs, Mercy Crew also offers various services such as swim tests for novice rowers, concussion testing, and US Rowing membership and waivers. We also provide a range of resources for parents, including handbooks and guides to support their involvement in their child's rowing journey.
