Led by owner and optometrist Dr. Luiza Youssefi, the practice combines advanced diagnostic technology with personalized care for patients of all ages. Its services include comprehensive eye exams, pediatric eye care, vision therapy, and diagnosis, monitoring, and management of conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, cataracts, and macular degeneration.

For patients experiencing burning, watery, or irritated eyes, the Dry Eye Center provides diagnostic testing and customized treatment plans, including Lumenis OptiLight IPL therapy. The practice also offers contact lens exams and specialty lens fittings for needs such as keratoconus, dry eye, and irregular corneas. Orthokeratology lenses provide a non-surgical vision correction option worn during sleep and can also help manage childhood nearsightedness.

Meriden Eye Care’s full-service optical offers affordable, premium, and designer frames, prescription eyewear, lens treatments, adjustments, and on-site laboratory support. Located on Broad Street in a restored Victorian office, the practice welcomes new patients and provides services in English and Spanish.
