MeroLicense is an unofficial Nepal-based online tool that helps people check whether their Department of Transport Management (DOTM) driving license smart card has been printed. Users enter their license number in the specified format to search print records gathered from transport offices across Nepal. The service explains that a result confirming printing indicates the card is ready for collection at the transport office listed, and advises users to bring valid identification.

If a license number is not found, the site suggests checking again later or consulting DOTM’s official website for updated print lists. MeroLicense says its information comes from publicly available license print lists published on dotm. gov.

np. It is not affiliated with DOTM, and the site presents itself as a status-checking resource rather than an official government service. Its main offering is the license print-status checker, supported by frequently asked questions that explain how to search, interpret results, and find the source of the data
