Merops Golf Club

Merops Park Golf Club is Moldova’s first golf club, established in 2006 in Chetrosu, about 30 minutes from Chișinău and 10 minutes from the airport. For two decades, the club has introduced people to golf and helped develop the sport in Moldova. It is a member of the Golf Association of Moldova and is building the country’s first public golf course while keeping training sessions running.

The club currently offers a 200-metre driving range, parking and a clubhouse. Services include trial lessons for beginners, individual coaching for adults and children, group sessions, and a Green Card course covering golf rules, etiquette and practice. A children’s academy is in preparation; until it opens, children can take one-to-one lessons.

Clubs and balls are provided. Merops also offers club cards for individuals, families and beginners, gift cards for lessons, and golf experiences for private celebrations, corporate team-building and brand events. Sessions require advance booking, and the club team includes a head coach and greenkeeper
