MESCOGT

MESCOGT is a Guatemalan occupational health and safety consultancy that helps organizations create safer, healthier, and more productive workplaces. Its services support businesses in addressing local requirements, including those associated with Governmental Agreement 229-2014 and its reforms. MESCOGT designs and implements tailored occupational health and safety plans, identifies and assesses workplace risks, and develops documented prevention, evacuation, and emergency-response procedures, including plans aligned with CONRED guidance. The company also provides ongoing technical support and helps organizations maintain and update their safety systems.

Training is a central part of its offering. Courses prepare employees to serve as occupational health and safety monitors and emergency brigades, with instruction in inspections, risk analysis, evacuation coordination, first aid, and basic rescue. Additional programs address workplace HIV awareness and inclusion, ergonomics, and mental health risks such as stress and burnout. MESCOGT offers hybrid learning that combines in-person and virtual sessions. Its multidisciplinary team includes expertise in engineering, occupational medicine, psychology, and risk management, serving organizations with solutions adapted to their size, sector, and needs.
