About Mes futurs voisins
Mes Futurs Voisins is a community platform for real estate developers and buyers purchasing homes off-plan (VEFA) in France. It creates a private, moderated online space for each development, helping buyers connect from the marketing stage through construction and into life in the completed residence. Verified purchasers can follow construction updates, view photos and milestones, access plans and official documents, ask questions, and exchange advice with future neighbours.
Developers can publish communications in one shared space, helping keep buyers informed and potentially reducing uncertainty and individual customer-service enquiries. After handover, the community can continue as a place for residence updates, events, building management and neighbour-to-neighbour services. Mes Futurs Voisins currently operates a pilot community for Résidence Kaolin in Bron, developed by Cogedim, and says it is validating usage with the established forum tool Discourse before building a dedicated platform.
