MESH moms

MESH Moms is a vibrant membership-based support network located in the Atlanta area, dedicated to empowering women throughout pregnancy and the early stages of motherhood. This inclusive community helps mitigate feelings of isolation and provides essential resources for new and expecting moms. Members can connect through peer groups, in-person and virtual events, and exclusive chat threads designed to foster friendship and collaboration among mothers from diverse backgrounds.

Among its offerings, MESH Moms features the Postpartum Pod, a six-week small group series led by postpartum doulas, as well as the Lesson Pass for virtual education tailored to moms outside established in-person communities. The organization emphasizes the importance of building a supportive “village” to navigate the challenges of motherhood, including sleep deprivation and stress management.
