Mes Plantes is a plant reference resource designed to help gardeners find, organize, and learn about their favorite plants. It offers concise plant fact sheets that users can download and print in different formats, with listings covering a broad range of familiar and ornamental species. The catalog includes annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, bulbs, vegetables, fruits, climbing plants, indoor plants, and aromatic plants.

Users can browse or narrow their search using criteria such as foliage type, hardiness, watering needs, sun exposure, flowering months, and flower color. Each entry presents a plant under its common and botanical names, with examples including acanthus, agapanthus, Japanese anemone, and ornamental garlic. Users can also suggest a plant that is missing from the catalog.

Only its name is required; other details are optional. The site’s team reviews and completes the plant’s characteristics before validating the fact sheet and publishing it. Mes Plantes therefore combines searchable plant information with printable references and a process for expanding its collection with user suggestions
