Mester Karikaturen

Gerhard Mester is a German cartoonist whose work uses humor to explore serious, complex and sometimes absurd subjects. Drawing on nearly four decades of experience, he creates caricatures and topic-based illustrations that distill an issue, offer a perspective and invite viewers to see familiar debates differently. His work has addressed social, political, religious and environmental themes, with subjects including workplace safety, democracy and the German constitution, climate change, solar energy, heat pumps and insulation.
