Metabolic Health Initiative (MHI) is an education organization focused on advancing understanding of nutrition, metabolism, and their role in health and disease. Its mission is to elevate metabolic health and therapy in the treatment of disease, the pursuit of longer healthspan, and the improvement of human performance. MHI serves scientific and medical professionals as well as patients and the wider public through live events and digital education.

Its offerings include The Metabolic Initiative, a collaborative, CME-centered medical education platform designed for healthcare professionals and open to patients and the public. The platform shares evidence-based metabolic health education across medical specialties. MHI also organizes the Metabolic Health Summit, a multi-day event bringing science and society together through research and practical applications presented by physicians, dietitians, and academics. The Metabolic Link, its medical and science podcast, explores metabolism’s connection to health and disease, featuring expert perspectives on current research and real-world applications.

MHI is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
