About Meta History: Museum of War
MetaHistory is Ukraine’s NFT museum, supported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and created to preserve the history of Russia’s war against Ukraine while raising donations. Its digital collection records events as they unfold, using NFT artworks to create a lasting, public account of this period. The museum presents Warline, a timeline-based series of art pieces documenting the course of the war, alongside charity fine-art auctions featuring works donated by internationally recognized artists for tokenization and sale.
Through its platform, MetaHistory invites visitors to explore and purchase NFTs in support of Ukraine. The project also shares public wallet information and transaction histories, allowing people to review cryptocurrency flows. Its stated mission is to preserve significant historical events truthfully and ensure that no day of the war is erased from the record. MetaHistory has been featured in media coverage of charitable NFT fundraising, including an auction that raised cryptocurrency for Ukraine. The organization also welcomes donations and applications from artists interested in contributing to its work.
