Metin2 Singleplayer

Metin2 Singleplayer is an independent project that recreates the classic 2008–2010 Metin2 experience as a private, fully offline game world. Built on the Mt2009 engine, it is designed for players who want to revisit the nostalgic MMORPG at their own pace, without network latency, pay-to-win purchases, microtransactions, or pressure to keep grinding. The free, preconfigured package includes the game server, client, and a one-click launcher with setup and update tools.

Its defining feature is a population of autonomous playerbots that hunt monsters, gather items, progress through quests, trade in stalls, and make the Three Kingdoms feel active. Players can form parties with bots, including shaman characters that provide buffs and healing. Other systems include an in-game trading economy, expanded inventory pages, horse and Biologist quests, fishing, campfires, and administrator tools. A web panel and live radar let users monitor bots and server activity. The project also offers setup guides, a wiki, roadmap, GitHub releases, and a Discord community for support and development updates.
