Metsäkylä Riding and Rehabilitation Centre is based in Turku’s Länsikeskus, where stable life, riding-school activities and rehabilitative services come together in a natural setting. The centre is easy to reach by public transport, with a short walk from the Länsikeskus bus area. Its riding school is approved by the Finnish Equestrian Federation and recognised as a quality stable. Riders can explore lessons, courses, pony days and summer camps, with activities for both children and adults.

Through Metsäkylä’s education and rehabilitation centre, the organisation also provides private health and social services that draw on animals and nature. These include psychotherapy, animal-assisted therapy, Kela’s Oma väylä rehabilitation programme and neurodevelopmental coaching. The centre also offers activities such as special-needs children’s pony days. Metsäkylä is a member of Green Care Finland, serves as the home stable of Turun Urheiluratsastajat, and works in partnership with Anima ry. By combining equestrian instruction with nature- and animal-assisted support, Metsäkylä offers a varied setting for learning, recreation and rehabilitation.
