Metodo Billings

C.Li.M.B. (Centro Ligure Metodo Billings) is a Ligurian volunteer association founded in 1992 to promote the Billings Ovulation Method and education about fertility, relationships, and family life. Its free, personalized guidance helps women and couples learn to observe fertility signs and identify fertile and non-fertile periods. The association presents the method as a natural, science-based tool for understanding the body and supporting decisions to seek or postpone pregnancy; it is not a contraceptive method. After a period of instruction and support, participants can use the method independently.

C.Li.M.B. also offers educational sessions on relationships and sexuality for engaged couples preparing for marriage, children, adolescents, and young adults, including programs in schools and a mother-daughter course. The association organizes conferences and training, and prepares volunteer instructors to teach the method in line with WOOMB guidance. Instructors are available across Liguria and may provide online consultations. C.Li.M.B. describes its work as a free service to individuals, couples, and families, supported by volunteers.
