About MetroMuv
MetroMuv is a mobility and payment brand from Metro Emisora de Medios de Pago S. A., offering an app and prepaid Visa card designed to make getting around Santiago easier. The card has no maintenance fees, and the service is regulated by Chile’s Financial Market Commission (CMF).
Customers can activate a digital wallet and pay for trips using the app’s QR code or their MetroMuv card. New users can receive 50% cashback on qualifying early journeys, while the app also supports QR payments when combining bus and metro travel. Reaching the stated monthly limit can unlock free fares.
If a card is lost, its balance remains protected in the digital wallet.
