About MakSPH METS Program
METS is a leading brand in the field of health systems strengthening and strategic information. As a collaboration between Makerere University School of Public Health, the University of California San Francisco, and the Health Information Systems Program (HISP Uganda), METS aims to improve the quality of HIV services and strategic information in Uganda. Their core work includes health systems strengthening, district-led programming, strategic information, data science and informatics, and disease surveillance.
METS partners with the Ministry of Health and other implementing partners to achieve an evidence-based and effective HIV response.
