About METSTA
METSTA (Metalliteollisuuden Standardisointiyhdistys ry) is a nonprofit association focused on standardization. Established in 2007, METSTA currently has twelve members. Prior to its establishment, standardization was part of the activities of Teknologiateollisuus ry.
METSTA is responsible for European, international, and national standardization in the fields of machinery and metal products, metal processing, construction, building services, and energy management. As a member of METSTA's national standardization groups, you can influence the content of EN and ISO standards and stay informed about ongoing standardization work. The association provides regular news updates, publications, and webinars related to standardization.
