MeWe360

MeWe360 is a UK not-for-profit organisation working to advance racial equity across the arts and creative industries. It supports creative and social entrepreneurs, with a focus on addressing barriers faced by underrepresented communities, while welcoming members from all backgrounds. Its aim is to help talented people build sustainable businesses, develop as leaders and create positive change in their communities and the wider sector.

The organisation offers a 12-month-plus incubator membership for ambitious creative social entrepreneurs, combining mentoring, training and support to help them grow their impact. Members can also take part in skills workshops, networking events and “Spark sessions,” and access practical playbooks, research and insights. MeWe360 provides scaffolded support to help businesses prepare for future challenges and emerging needs. It also delivers the Deutsche Bank Awards for Creative Entrepreneurs and works with partners on initiatives including capacity building and research into the economic impact of Black British music. Alongside supporting its members, MeWe360 collaborates with the wider sector and public to promote diverse talent and help create more equitable opportunities.
