Their range of products includes Corazón de Agave, distilled with citrus and herbs, boasting an alcohol volume of 42%. Made with 100% Agave Espadín, this mezcal undergoes a double distillation process using a copper still and is cooked with oak, pine, and river stone.
Mezcal Local's dedication to quality is evident in their meticulous production process, which includes a 10-year cultivation of agave, ensuring the perfect balance of flavor. The hearts of the agave plants are cooked underground using selected wood and river stones, reaching temperatures over 800ºC. After 72 hours, the cooked agave is crushed and fermented for 10 days in wooden barrels to concentrate the sugars.
