Mezze crackers

Mezze creates artisan crackers that bring together nourishing ingredients, bold flavors, and a sense of culinary tradition. Founded by Nancy Saltzman, the brand grew from her search for a crunchy, satisfying snack made with wholesome ingredients without sacrificing flavor or texture. Mezze describes its crackers as vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and low-carb, offering a snack option for people seeking alternatives to conventional crackers.

The range features four flavors. Original crackers offer a straightforward, versatile taste and can be enjoyed on their own or with toppings. Pesto crackers deliver the vibrant flavor of Italian pesto, while Olive, Garlic & Rosemary combines rich olive notes with rosemary and garlic. Falafel crackers are inspired by Middle Eastern street food, with garlic, cumin, and coriander. The crackers are presented as suitable for casual snacking, gatherings, and pairings with foods such as cheese or cured meats. Mezze’s website invites visitors to join a waitlist for updates when online purchasing becomes available, and also provides information about the brand and ways to contact it.
