Υπουργείο Εξωτερικών

The Hellenic Republic’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs represents Greece internationally and develops the country’s foreign policy. Its work spans bilateral and regional relations, Greece’s participation in the European Union and international organisations, and issues including security, energy, development cooperation and global affairs. The Ministry also advances economic, cultural, public and religious diplomacy, supports Greek communities abroad, and promotes exports and investment.

Alongside its diplomatic responsibilities, the Ministry provides services and information for citizens, businesses and the Greek diaspora. These include consular assistance, visa guidance, support for administrative, legal and maritime matters, and access to a register of certified translators. Digital services include the Agora economic diplomacy portal and myOEYlive, a videoconference-based service platform. Businesses can find information about investment opportunities, trade fairs, startups, public procurement and exporting products from Greece.

The Ministry’s website publishes news, announcements, speeches and updates on diplomatic activities, as well as career opportunities, internships and international organisation vacancies.
