The Microfinance Centre (MFC) is a regional microfinance resource center and network that promotes fairness, inclusion, equality, and responsible service in Europe and Central Asia. With over 100 organizations across 36 countries, MFC delivers sustainable microfinance services to nearly 2,000,000 low-income clients. The community of social finance networks aims to empower people and communities through sustainable social finance, striving for a financial system that works for people, communities, and the planet in a fair, responsible, and sustainable manner.

MFC collaborates with various members, including microfinance institutions, financial cooperatives, social finance banks, social investors, academic institutions, and support organizations, to enhance financial services' effectiveness by embracing sustainability and sharing knowledge. The council consists of directors like Archil Bakuradze, Gabriele Giuglietti, Alisher Akbaraliev, Elma Zukić, Sami Lahoud, and Martina Grigorova, each bringing expertise and experience to support the mission of MFC.
