MFCGym is the only club in Indre et Loire dedicated to the practice of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). Located in St Cyr sur Loire, the MMA FIGHT CLUB opened its doors in September 2014 and has since garnered over 250 members. This comprehensive 700m2 complex is designed for both physical and mental well-being, offering a wide range of disciplines including MMA, MMA KIDS, MMA LADIES, boxing, Thai boxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and MMA defense.
In addition to the sport programs, MFCGym also provides personalized well-being support with professionals in nutrition, naturopathy, massage and relaxation therapy. The club goes beyond offering sports training and aims to help individuals find their own greatness through regularity, self-improvement, emotional and physical management, and a better understanding of themselves. Furthermore, MFCGym is expanding its offerings to include yoga, meditation, relaxation, and mobility starting from September.
