MF Dance, developed by Matt Fiddes, offers dance and martial arts programmes designed to build confidence, fitness and practical skills. Its dance classes help students develop technique and performance, count choreography to the beat, learn set routines and progress through grading. Classes use pop and R&B-style songs and are led by fully qualified instructors; instructors working with children have also been DBS checked.
The programme is divided by age and experience. Mini Streetz introduces children aged three to six to dance and movement through natural actions such as walking, running, jumping and skipping, supported by structured skills and drills. Junior Streetz, for ages seven to eleven, combines enjoyable, educational street-dance classes with goals including physical fitness, confidence, schoolwork and respect for others. Teen Streetz offers commercial street and hip-hop courses for beginners as well as a faster-paced option for dancers with prior experience.
MF Dance also provides martial arts programmes for children and adults at all levels, combining fun, fitness and structure.
