The Home Team Volunteer Network (HTVN), formed in 2011, unifies and brings together the diverse volunteers from across the Home Team.

With approximately 15,000 volunteers serving in various roles, HTVN coordinates Home Team-wide programs and activities, including training, appreciation, and recognition. They also aim to provide a meaningful and fulfilling journey for their volunteers by organizing learning journeys to Home Team facilities and inviting them to appreciation events. As part of HTVN, volunteers have the opportunity to interact and attend training sessions with volunteers from different schemes.
