Mobile Foundation for Health Security & Rehabilitation (MHSR) is a youth-led initiative based in Nigeria that focuses on Mobile Health Services. With a mission to bridge the gap in healthcare for the most-at-risk population, MHSR offers a range of services including Mobile HIV/STI Screening, Sexual Health Education, Human Rights and Advocacy, Mental Health Support, as well as Research and Documentation. They are also committed to establishing support groups and providing rehabilitation programs for the marginalized and displaced individuals in society.

Led by a team of dedicated young individuals, MHSR believes in upholding core values such as confidentiality, dignity, support, and ethics. They strive to ensure the health and wellbeing of sexual minorities and their dependants, offering support and rehabilitation services to uplift and empower individuals.
