About Mental Helse Ungdom
Mental Helse Ungdom | Oslo is a member-based interest organization that focuses on promoting mental health awareness, preventing mental health disorders, and improving mental healthcare services for children and young people up to the age of 36. They offer various products and services to cater to their mission. This includes a webshop, where you can find resources related to mental health.
They also provide support and help through their online chat services and legal advice for young people. In addition, they have projects aimed at benefiting their members and have collaborations with international organizations. Mental Helse Ungdom also organizes summer camps and local gatherings for young people to connect and support each other.
