Miami Behavioral Services

Miami Behavioral Services (MBS) is a Florida-based behavioral health organization headquartered in Miami. It provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and related clinical services to children and adolescents with developmental challenges, including autism, ADHD, and ADD. MBS develops individualized programs that build skills, independence, communication, and social participation, with interventions tailored to each client’s strengths and needs.

Its services address communication, social skills, learning, and challenging behaviors. Using evidence-based approaches such as the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and Functional Communication Training, the team supports verbal, nonverbal, and social communication. ABA programs use reinforcement, data collection, and ongoing analysis to track progress and adjust strategies. They may also work to replace behaviors such as aggression, self-injury, tantrums, and repetitive actions with functional alternatives.

MBS emphasizes family engagement and parent training, recognizing the role of home environments in a child’s progress. Its mission is to help children and families build greater independence and well-being, while supporting children’s positive participation in their communities. Services can be initiated by phone or email.
