Miami Children's Initiative (MCI) is a 501(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming Liberty City into a thriving community. We work hand in hand with residents, youth, religious centers, schools, businesses, and non-profit organizations to address the unique needs of our community. Our belief is that the true potential of Liberty City lies within its youth, and through strategic investments and focused efforts, we can unleash their untapped abilities.

At MCI, we offer a range of programs and initiatives aimed at empowering children and creating a better future for them. Our projects include Project Promise, Growing Learners, and the Next Gen Leadership Academy. We also collaborate with various partners to ensure the success of our endeavors.

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in positions such as Program Managers, Community Advocates, Security Personnel, and Program Coordinators. If you have a positive attitude and want to make a meaningful difference in an underserved community, we invite you to submit your application.
