Miami Elite

Miami Elite is a Miami-based youth track club and nonprofit organization incorporated in 2010. It helps children and teens build healthy lifestyles, develop athletic skills, and work toward their individual goals through structured, year-round training. The organization takes a scientific, personalized approach, adapting programs to each athlete’s needs and emphasizing safe, effective, age-appropriate development.

Programs include track and field coaching in sprints, distance running, jumps, and throws; cross-country training focused on endurance, pacing, and racing on varied terrain; and speed and conditioning. Miami Elite also offers beginner running and general fitness, with strength, cardio, mobility, and conditioning, as well as private training and summer camps. First-time runners learn fundamental skills and may choose to compete as they progress. More experienced athletes can prepare for road races, cross-country events, track meets, and, for high-school athletes, district, regional, and state championships.

Through practices and athletic events, Miami Elite promotes hard work, leadership, and perseverance, with a mission to support athletes of every ability and help them succeed both on and off the track.
