Miami Private Residences provides discreet home oversight and concierge coordination for owners of private residences across South Florida. Founded by a licensed Florida realtor with knowledge of the region’s luxury residential market, the company serves as a trusted local representative for homeowners who live elsewhere part of the year. It deliberately limits its client roster so each homeowner works directly with the company.

Services include weekly property walkthroughs, checks of key home systems and grounds, and detailed photo reports. The team coordinates vetted maintenance providers, manages access and schedules, and supervises service quality. Concierge support can include provisioning, housekeeping, guest coordination, transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and personal shopping. Before an owner’s arrival, the home can be prepared with climate settings, lighting, and provisions. The company also offers storm preparation and monitoring, post-event inspections, insurance documentation support, and oversight of renovations and repairs.

With a hospitality-minded approach and service in English and Spanish, Miami Private Residences focuses on proactive care, communication, discretion, and arrival readiness.
