Mibbit

Mibbit was a dynamic IRC client that facilitated real-time interactions among users, enabling them to chat, play games, and collaborate on projects seamlessly. Accessible through any web browser at Mibbit.com, the platform provided an easy and fast web chat experience. Unfortunately, Mibbit has officially shut down due to declining commercial viability, and both its creator and maintainer could no longer keep the site updated and relevant.

In a heartfelt message to users, the Mibbit team expressed gratitude for the community's support and encouraged users to migrate to Kiwi IRC, which offers a similar, actively maintained service. As the shutdown approaches, users are urged to download any account data and consider transferring their channels to Kiwi IRC. The Mibbit team is also ensuring that past widget subscriptions are refunded and canceled appropriately. Though its service has ended, Mibbit remains thankful for the enjoyable experience it provided to users over the years.
