Michel´s Kickbox Arena

Michel’s Kickbox Arena is a family-run martial arts and fitness school located in Wächtersbach, Germany. The arena offers age-specific classes for children from age three, teenagers, and adults, including separate kickboxing sessions for women and Muay Thai for adults. Training combines striking techniques, kicks, footwork, and, in Muay Thai, the use of elbows and knees. Participants can pursue competition or use the classes to improve fitness.

Beyond physical training, the arena aims to build confidence, self-esteem, coordination, concentration, discipline, respect, courage, self-control, and perseverance. Classes for younger participants use games and activities to introduce these skills and encourage children to set boundaries and stand up for themselves. The team also offers guidance on nutrition, weight loss, self-defense, and general physical fitness. Instructors draw on sporting experience and ongoing professional development. Families can use the coffee area while children train, and siblings have a play corner. Prospective students can arrange a free trial lesson.
