Michelangelo Devs

Michelangelo Devs is a Venezuela-based AI agent agency serving businesses in Venezuela and across Latin America. An OpenAI Select Partner and member of the OpenAI Partner Network, the company builds sales agents for WhatsApp, Instagram direct messages, and business websites. Its agents are designed to do more than follow chatbot scripts: they can answer customer questions, qualify leads, provide quotes, schedule or reschedule appointments, share payment links, and update a CRM. They can also follow up with prospects, respond in Spanish, English, or Portuguese, and hand conversations to a human when needed.

Michelangelo Devs says agents can go live in less than two weeks. Its process includes mapping a company’s sales approach, building the agent around its data and brand voice, testing real conversations and escalation rules, and launching across selected channels. CRM and calendar connections are included in the build. The agency serves a range of sectors, including hospitality, retail, healthcare, wholesale, travel, and interior design.
